Former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh has levelled serious allegations against the Thackeray family. In a statement to the Enforcement Directorate (ED), Parambir said that the directions to reinstate Mumbai Police API Sachin Vaze, who has been under suspension for 16 years, were given directly by Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. After this, Uddhav's son and state tourism minister Aaditya Thackeray had also asked for the reinstatement of Sachin Vaze. Sachin Waze is the main accused in the cases of placing explosives in a car outside Mukesh Ambani's house antilia and killing the owner of the vehicle, Mansukh Hiren. He is currently lodged in Mumbai's Taloja jail. The Maharashtra Police has dismissed him from service.
